Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% No-show fee. I charge 75% fee for any cancellations not in the 24hr appointment window. Same day appointment time changes ARE considered appointment cancellations and you will be charged a 75% fee of the service price. There is a 10 minute grace period allowed. Anytime exceeding 10 mins is considered a missed appointment and you will be charged and must reschedule. Your deposit IS FORFEITED, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. I encourage you to be mindful and book accordingly so I can provide you with the best experience at the SetApart Barber Salon. See you soon!
