Cancellation Policy
I charge a 75% No-show fee. I charge 75% fee for any cancellations not in the 24hr appointment window. Same day appointment time changes ARE considered appointment cancellations and you will be charged a 50% fee of the service price. There is a 5 minute grace period allowed. Anytime exceeding 5 mins is considered a missed appointment and you will be charged and must reschedule. Your deposit IS FORFEITED, AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If you miss an appointment, in addition, you MAY BE CHARGED the 75% service fee for the missed appointment. I implore you, be mindful and book accordingly.
